Orange Dream Cake

This is a favorite around here in the summer. Taste like an Orange Creamsicle !

Its a wonderful cool summer treat.

Orange Dream Cake

2 c. orange juice
1 lg. pkg. marshmallows
1 pt. whipping cream
1 angel food cake
Heat orange juice; add marshmallows and stir until melted. Cool.
Meanwhile whip cream. Fold into cool orange juice mixture. Break cake
into buttered 9x13 inch pan. Pour orange juice mixture over top.
Refrigerate overnight

The U In Jesus

THE U IN JESUS 


Before U were thought of or time had begun, 
God stuck U in the name of His Son.. 
And each time U pray, you'll see it's true, 
You can't spell out JesUs and not include U. 
You're a pretty big part of His wonderful name, 
For U, He was born; that's why He came. 

And His great love for U is the reason He died. 
It even takes U to spell crUcified.. 

Isn't it thrilling and splendidly grand 
He rose from the dead, with U in His plan? 

The stones split away, the gold trUmpet blew, 
And this word resUrrection is spelled with a U. 
When JesUs left earth at His Upward ascension, 
He felt there was one thing He just had to mention. 

"Go into the world and tell them it's true
That I love them all - Just like I love U."

So many great people are spelled with a U, 
Don't they have a right to know JesUs too? 

It all depends now on what U will do, 
He'd like them to know, 
But it all starts with U. 

Will U pass it on. 
When Jesus died on the cross he was thinking of you!

Spicy Chilli Dog Casserole

This is a winner in my family and at church pitch in dinners

                    Preheat oven to 400.                   

 Add Tator Tots in the bottom of  a 9x13

casserole dish. A Small Bag will due just fine to cover the bottom.

I bake till they get a nice crunchy coat.

While they are baking cut up small onion and cook in a sauce pan, with a tsp. of cumin and a tbs. of oil.

When they get translucent. Add two cans of  Hot Dog Chili (15 oz.). 1 tbs. hot sauce (I add two we like it hot) 2 tbs. hot mustard. Let it heat up.

Then add 6 hot dog links cut up into chili sauce.

After all mixed together the Tator Tots should be ready to go.

Add the hot dog and chili sauce on top of the Tator Tots. Put Bake in oven for about ten min.

Once that is done. Add Shredded Cheese (8oz bag) on top.

Simple Easy and Yummy!

Ingredients

Small Bag Tator Tots

Small Onion Chopped up
1tsp. cumin

2 15 oz. Cans Chili Dog Sauce

Hot Sauce (optional)

Oil

Hot Mustard

( you can use normal mustard or if you dont care for mustard leave it out)

6 Hot Dog Links

 8 oz. Bag Shredded Cheese

 God Wants You Cross-Conscious

1 Corinthians 2:2
2For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.

The apostle Paul, in his letter to the Corinthian church, said that he determined to know nothing among them except “Jesus Christ and Him crucified”. In other words, Paul, who wrote two-thirds of the New Testament, had his mind full of Jesus and His finished work.

Beloved, God wants your mind full of the cross of Jesus. He wants you cross-conscious.

But what does it mean to be cross-conscious?

To be cross-conscious is to see Jesus, who loves you so much that He willingly died for you on the cross. To be cross-conscious is to look to Jesus, who offered His own body to be punished, so that your body can be free from all punishment.

To be cross-conscious is to fix your eyes on Jesus, who has provided for your deliverance and victory at the cross. At the cross, all your enemies were vanquished. All your diseases were destroyed. Your poverty was removed at the cross. Your sins were wiped out at the cross.

When the Israelites tasted bitterness in the waters of Marah, God showed Moses a tree, which he cast into the waters, making them sweet. (Exodus 15:23–26) The tree represents the cross, which turned the bitter waters sweet. Today, Calvary’s tree has turned your bitter situations sweet. Because of the cross, you can expect to see the bitter situations in your life made sweet!

When the Israelites were bitten by serpents in the wilderness, God told Moses to put a bronze serpent on a pole. The pole represents the cross and bronze speaks of judgment. Those who beheld the serpent on the pole lived because they saw their problem — the deadly serpent — nailed and put to death on the cross. (Numbers 21:6–9)

Today, you too will not die but live when you see all your sins judged at the cross, and with them, all your sicknesses, diseases, pains, failures and defeats! At the cross, all that is deadly in your life has been remove

The Dearest Friend

 The Dearest Friend!

              I have a Friend in Jesus,
              He's ever walking near

              And take away my fear.

              It's in His precious name I pray
              To our God above;
              It's through His sacred teachings that
              I learned the way to love.

              God did not put me on this earth
              To walk life's path alone;
              He sent His Son to be my Guide,
